We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our marketing team in KITSUI, with opportunities available for both entry-level and experienced candidates. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced environment focusing on content creation, influencer marketing, and digital advertising across major platforms like TikTok, Instagram or Shopee.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<h4>1. Social Media &amp; Content Creation </h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning, creating, and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Live)</li>
<li>Design simple marketing visuals using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite</li>
<li>Stay up to date with current social media trends and apply them creatively</li>
<li>Schedule and post content consistently to maintain strong brand presence</li>
<li>Monitor and engage with audiences across platforms &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. KOL (Influencer) Coordination </h4>
<ul>
<li>Source and reach out to new KOLs and affiliates for collaboration</li>
<li>Ensure influencers post content according to timeline and brand guidelines</li>
<li>Track and report on the performance of influencer campaigns</li>
</ul>

<h4>3. Digital Advertising &amp; Performance Marketing </h4>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Shopee Ads</li>
<li>Manage budgets, targeting strategies, and bidding to maximize ad performance</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, and landing pages</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and deliver actionable insights</li>
<li>Provide regular performance reports and recommendations &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>4. Strategy &amp; Optimization (Specialist Role)</h4>
