Job Description

The F&B crew will report to the Floor Manager and forms part of the F&B team who collectively deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to wow guests with outstanding service and hospitality at KLoe Hotel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attending to guests upon entrance to the cafe.
• Meal preparation and serving. This position requires minimal kitchen works and food preparation (i.e: reheating)
• Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages.
• A team player and be able to effectively communicate with the rest of the team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Issue bills and accept payment (Cashiering).
• Clean and set dining areas dishes
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe, at both front and back areas.
• Engaging with guests and customers.
• Any ad-hoc task assigns by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent people skills with open and friendly attitude.
• Actually enjoy engaging with people, teams and guests alike.
• The ability to understand that work challenges are normal and all problems can actually be solved if we're willing to communicate to sort out and align the differences between opinion.
• Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
• Willing to handle alcoholic beverages.

Full-time Salary: Basic starting RM2,000.00 per month

Part-time Rate: Between RM10 - RM15 per hour
