Job Description

• Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Tungsten Automation in EMEA
• Creating of customer orders in the ERP system
• Creating of order documentation and responsibility for the delivery
• Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)
• Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities
• Interface to manufacturing in terms of fulfilling the day-to-day business
• Documentation of processes and storage processes
• Utilizes Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
• Expected to work in odd shifts on 1/4 of the working days (Usual Options: 13.30-22.00 (most frequent), 15.30-24.00 (occasional), and last day at the quarter, 17.30-2.00 or first day of the quarter: 3:30-12:00)
