At Kopenhagen Coffee, we don’t just serve coffee — we build a business grounded in Scandinavian values: care, craft, and culture. As we grow, we’re looking for a Finance &amp; Reporting Executive to join our small but dynamic team and help bring transparency and efficiency across our café and coffee roastery operations. What You’ll Do:
You will support our Senior Accountant in running the day-to-day financials of our coffee business — from bean to cup.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in daily bookkeeping and maintain proper documentation</li>
<li>Process transactions and data entry in XERO. (Xero experience is a bonus)</li>
<li>Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and cost trends across outlets</li>
<li>Monitor shop-level deposits and support periodic shop visits</li>
<li>Support monthly and year-end closings&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain both digital and physical financial records &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
You’ll occasionally step beyond the desk — visiting outlets to support the team and ensure financial routines are followed, such as daily closings and bank deposits. We will give you the opportunity to join our coffee training classes as well.&nbsp;
