Job Description
- Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
- Perform ad-hock tasks if needed
Job Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文 (as will needed to deal with supplier from China)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusa Bestari
- Applicants who can start work with short notice will be added advantage
- 5.5 days working (Alt Sat)
- Candidates who have hardware or Building Materials purchase experience will be added advantage
