Job Description

• Assist customers in understanding their needs and recommending suitable F&B equipment and products.
• Introduce and explain product features, functions, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional product consultations.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store sales performance.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and assist in developing new customer opportunities.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitors' products.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Perform other sales duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, F&B or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable approaching customers and promoting products.
• Good product presentation and consultation skills.
• Able to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages are an added advantage..
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
