A Marketing Director is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the agency's marketing initiatives while driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for clients. This role oversees the Content, Distribution, and Branding &amp; Activations divisions, ensuring seamless collaboration to develop innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, maximize campaign performance, and achieve measurable business objectives. As a Senior Leader who plays a pivotal role in fostering client relationships, mentoring high-performing teams, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating a culture of creativity, innovation, and consistent operational excellence is of utmost importance.

<li>Develop and execute the agency's overall marketing vision, strategic direction, and annual business plans to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen market positioning.</li>
<li>Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives while delivering measurable results and maximizing return on investment (ROI).</li>
<li>Seek and identify potential collaboration opportunities with partners that will enhance the agency’s marketing capabilities, recognition and reputation.</li>
<li>Ensure business processes are in place, regularly spot, refine and enforce compliance across all divisions.</li>
<li>Establish and oversee the strategic direction, operational goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and performance benchmarks for the Marketing Department, encompassing the Content, Distribution, and Branding &amp; Activations divisions.</li>
<li>Bridge the gap between cross-divisions to ensure clear alignment and uniform movement across projects for timely delivery of work, while maintaining consistent quality standards.</li>
<li>Provide strategic leadership to the Content Division by overseeing the development of compelling, high-quality, and brand-consistent content across all marketing channels. Ensure content strategies align with client objectives, maintain editorial calendars and governance standards, uphold brand integrity and messaging consistency, and review and approve creative concepts prior to client presentations.</li>
<li>Lead the Distribution Division in developing and executing multi-channel distribution strategies that maximize channel reach and audience engagement. Oversee digital advertising, social media management, email marketing initiatives, media partnerships, and other distribution channels. Continuously monitor channel mix performance, analyze channel effectiveness, optimize channel mix strategy performance, and ensure the efficient allocation of media budgets.</li>
<li>Direct the Branding &amp; Activations Division in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through implementation in line with client’s brand guidelines. Build Brand Architecture alongside the Creative Director to help clients establish a strong and relevant brand identity in the market. Ensure seamless coordination across internal departments and external partners, monitor campaign performance through integrated measurements, and implement continuous improvements to achieve campaign objectives and client expectations.</li>
<li>Serve as the senior strategic advisor to key clients by providing expert marketing consultation, developing long-term client partnerships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Management team to drive business expansion, agency growth initiatives, service innovation, and operational excellence while supporting the achievement of the company's overall strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and professional development.</li>
<li>Oversee departmental financial performance by managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, monitoring project profitability, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered within budget while achieving business objectives.</li>
<li>Preparing strategic reports, presenting insights to management and clients, and making informed recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Continue to lead a curious, innovative and data-driven performance culture by leading the team to deep dive in human behaviours, market trends, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously trying new things in the market so that the agency remains innovative and competitive.</li>
