<li>Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action</li>
<li>Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior</li>
<li>Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification</li>
<li>Support Manager in all housekeeping operations.</li>
