• Drive sales to achieve individual and store KPIs, using product knowledge to make tailored recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and uphold service excellence.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to enhance client interactions.

Job Requirements

• Preferred to have a background in the apparel Industry.
• Proven experience in premium retail, preferably in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English is compulsory to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong understanding of premium apparel, market trends, and clientele techniques.
• Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
