Our Company Culture

&nbsp;The Fleet Management Officer will be responsible for but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Maintaining all necessary records to ensure company vehicles are compliant with legal and business requirements.</li>
<li>Maintaining and monitoring the data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.</li>
<li>Monitoring and following-up with every operational aspects or needs in terms of vehicle administration and ensuring timely vehicle renewals, i.e. Road tax, Puspakom, and insurance.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely processing and dispatching of all documents relevant to company vehicles.</li>
<li>Providing the forecast for monthly vehicle policy renewal notice, as well as monitoring and coordinating with the operations team for the renewal notice.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with the relevant licensing authorities, i.e. PDRM, insurance companies on any issues related to the company's vehicles.</li>
</ul>
