Team and Role Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Analyst Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our thriving affiliate marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing partnerships, strategizing for partner growth, and ensuring seamless operational processes. You will collaborate closely with the team to incubate partners, monitor their progress, and implement strategies that foster their expansion within our affiliate network. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for analytical thinking are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
1、Manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for Alibaba International's e-commerce platform.
2、Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maximize campaign performance.
3、Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
4、Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in affiliate marketing, implementing best practices to enhance the program's effectiveness.
5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
3、Solid understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks, with experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
4、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
6、Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
