• Description / Responsibilities

* Efficient preparation of ingredients (Mise en place) to ensure smooth kitchen service.

* Cooking and high-quality food production according to standard recipes.

* Maintaining top-notch kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.

* Managing inventory and minimizing food waste to maintain cost efficiency.

* Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.

• Working Hours & Shifts

We practice a structured 6-day work week combining standard and short shifts:

* Weekly Roster Structure:

  - 5 Days: 8 hours per shift

  - 1 Day: 5 hours (Short shift)

  - 1 Day off: Rotational weekday off (Monday to Friday)

* Important Note: Saturday and Sunday are STRICTLY FIXED as 8-hour full shifts.

* Available Shift Slots( Above schedules are examples only; shift timings are highly flexible and negotiable upon discussion. )

  - Standard Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  - Short Shift (5 hours): 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Requirements

* Malaysian Citizens ONLY (We do not sponsor work visas for this role).

* Minimum 3 years of solid kitchen experience (Experience in fast-paced or high-volume restaurants is a huge plus).

* Culinary Knowledge: A solid fundamental understanding of basic ingredients, handling, and prep work.

* Attitude & Personality: Highly passionate, disciplined, a fast learner, and a great team player.

* Punctuality: Strict commitment to time management and roster schedules.

* Note: This is a strict No Pork & No Alcohol work environment.
