Job Description

• Handle full set account, account payable and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents•Handle employee reimbursement, advance payment and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents
• To maintain proper records of all payments to suppliers, inter-company accounts and other creditors
• Preparation of monthly journal such as fixed asset, accrual & prepayment, and interest expenses
• Responsible for monthly closing and ensure reports submission follow as per closing schedule plan
• Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
• Submission of the principal company's claim and ensuing claim reimbursement
• prepare monthly inventory adjustments and monthly stock count report 
• Preform other ad-hoc assigned tasks by the superior

Job Requirements

• Possess an LCCI, Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the above fields.
• At least 3 years or relevant working experience. 
• Ability to work independently with responsibility, resourceful to complete objective within given timelines.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge in SQL system will be an added advantage.
