<li>Conduct daily accounting tasks and maintain a complete set of financial records. 执行日常会计操作和全套账目。</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. 确保公司财务交易准确记录与更新。</li>
<li>Assist in preparing tax calculations and conducting year-end audits. 协助准备年终审计与税务核算。</li>
<li>Prepare monthly cash flow projections and financial reports. 准备每月现金流量预测和每月财务报告</li>
<li>Ensure the timely filing and submission of SST returns. 确保按时申报和提交销售及服务税 (SST)</li>
<li>Manage the preparation of the annual EA form.  编制年度 EA 表格。</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors, company secretaries, tax advisors, banks, customers, tenants, and suppliers. 与外部审计师、公司秘书、税务顾问、银行、客户、租户和供应商联络</li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks such as renewing licenses, securing bank guarantees, managing road tax, and insurance. 处理行政工作，例如更新执照、银行担保、路税、保险等。</li>
<li>Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.  不定时协助处理临时指派的任务</li>
</ul>
