Mission

<li>Responsible for all accounting and financial-related matters.</li>
<li>Must be able to meet financial accounting objectives.</li>
<li>Need to ensure that monthly and annual reports are published on time.</li>
<li>Ensures accuracy of accounting reports.</li>
<li>Manages all accounting activities and processes and ensures that they are comply to procedures and audits.</li>
<li>Monitors and analyses accounting data and produces financial reports or statements.</li>
<li>Does revenue and expenditure analysis.</li>
<li>Manages invoicing and collections with customers.</li>
<li>Works with the accounting firm on tax and audit preparation.</li>
<li>Maintains back-up and security of office assets and intellectual property.</li>
<li>Establishment and enforcement of proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.</li>
<li>Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.</li>
<li>Proactively communicate issues and makes recommendations to management.</li>
<li>Assess staff requirements, staff recruiting and development.</li>
</ul>
