Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager, SEO & Organic Growth to spearhead our search engine optimization strategy across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia) and Australia. You will own the organic search growth engine across our group of eCommerce brands (Flower Chimp, Happy Bunch, CakeRush, LVLY, and Bloomeroo), driving revenue growth, improving marketing efficiency, and increasing organic share of total transactions across Southeast Asia and Australia. This role is accountable for the commercial performance of organic search, ensuring SEO meaningfully contributes to revenue and long-term customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and execute multi-market SEO strategies that drive revenue growth, organic order volume, and improved marketing efficiency across all brands.
- Develop long-term SEO roadmaps spanning technical SEO, site architecture, content, and authority building across all markets.
- Integrate AI-driven search strategies (AI Overviews, generative search, conversational discovery) to ensure our brands remain visible in emerging search experiences.
Performance, Revenue & Competitive Analysis
- Own the commercial performance of organic search across all brands, driving revenue growth, improving contribution margin efficiency, and increasing the share of transactions from organic channels.
- Gain a competitive edge by benchmarking performance against industry peers to identify market gaps and pivot strategies to capture untapped search demand.
- Maintain a rigorous experimentation culture through SERP analysis, landing page testing, and conversion optimization to ensure organic traffic translates into transactions.
- Deliver high-level performance insights by translating complex data into actionable market trends and strategic pivots to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
Technical SEO & Architecture
- Own the technical health and SEO performance of our Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, including site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, internal linking, and mobile-first performance.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to bake SEO best practices into every site migration and feature launch.
- Manage international SEO requirements across multiple domains and markets, including hreflang implementation and scalable SEO architecture.
- Optimize SEO performance across Shopify storefronts, including collections, product pages, tags, structured data, canonical management, and scalable Liquid-based templates.
eCommerce Search Optimization
- Develop scalable SEO frameworks for category pages, product pages, and high-intent landing pages.
- Identify and prioritize transactional search opportunities such as occasion pages, city-based searches, and gifting keywords.
- Optimize product and collection data to maximize visibility in organic shopping results and product-rich SERP features.
Content & Authority Building
- Own commercial landing page frameworks and scalable SEO page generation.
- Overlook production of high-intent, human-centric content—optimized for both traditional search and AIO—that mirrors the distinct voice of each brand, from the sincere tone of Flower Chimp to the friendly narrative of LVLY.
- Develop and scale authority-building initiatives including link-building, digital PR, and partnerships to improve domain authority across all brands.
