Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Design graphics, write captions, and develop content calendars
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media posts, stories, and reels
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand voice and marketing objectives

Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms
• Engage with followers and build relationships with the online community
• Identify and interact with relevant accounts to grow brand presence
• Track and report on engagement metrics and audience feedback

Strategy & Analytics

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns
• Research social media trends, hashtags, and best practices
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on content performance
• Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization

Administrative Support

• Schedule posts using social media management tools
• Maintain organized content libraries and asset databases
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new features
• Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns

Job Requirements

 Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• Portfolio or examples of social media content you've created
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Understanding of social media advertising and paid campaigns
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
