About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage their own work well while creating engaging social media content.

Job Scope

Content Creation

• Create engaging short-form videos for XiaoHongShu
• Film high-quality product, lifestyle and founder-led content 
• Research trends and develop fresh, engaging content ideas 
• Manage multiple XiaoHongShu accounts, including brand and founder IP accounts 
• Take ownership of content from ideation to posting, including filming, editing, scheduling and publishing 

Creator & Affiliate Management

• Build and manage relationships with XiaoHongShu creators and affiliates for brand collaborations 
• Drive creator collaborations to grow brand awareness and achieve collaboration goals 
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end and ensure smooth execution 
• Track performance and continuously explore new collaboration opportunities

Job Requirements

We are a fast-moving team looking for someone with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership — someone resourceful, self-driven and excited to turn ideas into execution while taking pride in delivering great work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in XiaoHongShu content creation 
• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera 
• Good sense of hooks, trends and short-form storytelling 
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects independently 
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Passionate about content, branding, storytelling and social media culture 
• Able to communicate well in Chinese and English 
• Experience editing videos using CapCut or similar tools 
• Previous content creation or creator management experience is a strong advantage
