As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing our presence on 小红书 (XHS) while supporting essential design and e-commerce execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning content and visuals into real brand impact — not just ideas.

<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<h3>1. XHS Content Ownership</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and manage XHS content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals</li>
<li>Create XHS-optimised content, including: writing captions in Chinese, editing short-form videos (e.g. CapCut / 剪映), designing layouts, visuals, and tones that fit the brand’s aesthetic</li>
<li>Shoot and edit photos/videos with good sense of composition, lighting, and styling</li>
<li>Research XHS trends, formats, and visual styles, and test them consistently&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage XHS KOL / KOC outreach and affiliate initiatives &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Design &amp; Visual Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design posters, banners, and visual assets for campaigns, launches, and events</li>
<li>Support basic product and marketing visuals while maintaining brand consistency</li>
<li>Work closely with the design and marketing team to ensure visuals are accurate and on-brand &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. E-commerce &amp; Execution Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support product uploads and updates on e-commerce platforms (images, descriptions, visuals)</li>
<li>Assist with website and campaign page updates when required</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and visual consistency across platforms</li>
