Job Description

  •  Curate and manage all published content across social channels to support MoneyX’s brand and growth - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and XHS. 
  • Create high-quality, on-brand content including posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our target audience (M40 group and SMEs) to promote our key product features.
  •  Manage MoneyX’s social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build strong relationships and foster a supportive online community.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnership, customer service) to create contents that communicate the value of MoneyX’s products and services while aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice. 
  •  Coordinate and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid) to promote financial literacy, product launches, partner deals, merchant offers and marketing initiatives, tracking their success via relevant KPIs. 
  •  Support on-ground events when needed by capturing video and photo content, providing live social coverage, and ensuring timely updates across MoneyX’s social channels. 
  • Track and analyse key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies. 
  • Manage and coordinate KOL partnerships, from outreach, negotiation, and briefing to content approval and performance tracking - ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand tone. 
  • Stay on top of social trends, conversations, and competitors to proactively engage with relevant topics and improve brand visibility. 

Job Requirements

  •  Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in social media management & communications.
  •  Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content 
  • Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin 
  • Strong ability to interpret social media metrics and drive actionable insights.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  •  Familiarity with AI-driven apps or personal finance management is a plus.
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent software) is a strong advantage.
