<h2>About the role:</h2>
Our team is growing fast and embracing new challenges, so we're looking to hire a new Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team.
This is a fast-paced and fast-growth position. As a senior member of the Consulting team, you will be delivering complex Google Ads campaigns for a diverse group of clients.
Reporting directly to the Managing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
Complex Paid Search campaign delivery – plan and execute Paid Search campaigns, performing analysis, developing strategy, aligning with client goals, adapting to change, and integrating with full-service digital strategies.
Complex Google Ads analysis - conduct Google Ads Audits, analyse campaign performance, compare campaign configuration to best practice, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations in the form of client-ready deliverable documents.
Advanced Paid Search strategy – develop advanced Paid Search strategies, plan complex Paid Search campaigns, develop Paid Search campaign forecasts, and synthesise Paid Search campaign activities and results into digestible and meaningful client reports.
Technical Google Ads excellence – possess advanced capabilities across all Paid Search sub-functions, including keyword research, campaign architecture and configuration, ad group structure, bid strategies, copywriting, conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
Strategic Google Ads knowledge – possess deep knowledge of Google Ads fundamentals, be an expert at manual Google Ads optimisation, and apply sound judgment in knowing when to apply automatic vs manual optimisation.
Data analytics – provide technical expertise into the Data Analytics function, including through the implementation of analytics and conversion tracking and the configuration of data visualisation platforms.
Google Ads troubleshooting - provide Google Ads advice to other consultants, identify Google Ads issues, troubleshoot technical Google Ads problems, review deliverables, and make both data-driven and intuitive recommendations for actionable improvement to senior consultants and other team members.
Quality focus - manage workloads autonomously, embrace problems, collaborate effectively, deliver high-quality work on time and budget, adapt quickly, solve issues proactively, and take pride in producing excellence.
Client engagement – help to foster strong client relationships, tailor recommendations to goals, deliver excellent service, earn positive feedback, and take ownership of agency success.
AI &amp; emerging technologies – embrace your AI-obsession and voracious appetite for learning to re-think and re-invent traditional Google Ads processes, implementing AI-powered workflow automation and maximising the benefits of AI-based algorithmic optimisation.
