• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and skin concerns.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products based on individual needs and budget.
• Educate clients on various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and their benefits.
• Provide comprehensive pre and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client intake procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized consultation area.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetics industry.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or a related role in the aesthetics industry (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of skincare science, ingredients, and product benefits.
• Familiarity with non-surgical aesthetic treatments (dermal fillers, fat grafting, thread lifts, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns effectively.
• Strong sales and consultative skills to recommend products and services confidently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for the beauty industry.
