<li>Conduct basic property inspection when tenant move in and out.</li>
<li>Liaise with respective parties in the preparation of tenancy agreement.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal &amp; external parties such as finance department, property agent and etc.</li>
<li>Handle sourcing potential tenants, lease renewals, and terminations.</li>
