Job Description

• Involve in day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain and update necessary accounting records such as billing, invoice, reports and etc.
• Conduct property market analysis.
• Conduct basic property inspection when tenant move in and out.
• Liaise with respective parties in the preparation of tenancy agreement.
• Liaise with internal & external parties such as finance department, property agent and etc.
• Handle sourcing potential tenants, lease renewals, and terminations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
• Possess at least a Diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or other equivalent professional qualifications.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin-speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Must possess a valid car driving license.
• Willing to work at Millerz Square, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
