The brand refresh underpins both the evolution of Logicalis’ positioning as well as our strategic vision for growth.&nbsp;</div> Accountabilities:<ul><li>Perform structured Cabling &amp; Network System</li><li>Perform UTP &amp; fiber optic patch cord patching activity between network switches and patch panel / fiber panel.</li><li>Perform network switch installation and minor configuration, remote desktop to others engineer and wireless AP installation.</li><li>Identify, track, cable dressing &amp; troubleshoot of UTP &amp; fiber optic patch cord.</li><li>Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures</li><li>Keep cable neatly tied and bundled while maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Record time and materials used.</li><li>Assist other team members with network equipment.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients with issues concerning their network and cabling equipment.</li><li>Interact with clients via phone, email or teams chats and provide concise written/verbal instructions.</li><li>Resolve issues related to the network matters. &nbsp;</li><li>Prioritize and manage the workflow.</li><li>Keep track of system issues and adhere to the agreed timeline until an issue is resolved.</li><li>Follow standard procedures to resolve issues by connecting them to relevant internal departments.</li><li>Maintain procedural documents and reports.</li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using customer input.</li></ul> <ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Experience at least 1 year in site construction environment is preferred.</li><li>Be able to work in various environments including outdoors in varying degrees of weather working at heights, and in small, confined spaces.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and network test gear.</li><li>Familiar with Cisco and others network product.</li><li></li><li>Monitor daily performance of technical systems.</li><li>Follow up with clients / other contractor, ensuring their network systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain procedural documents and reports.</li><li>Follow standard procedures to resolve issues by connecting them to relevant internal departments.</li><li>Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers.</li></ul>
