<p>The digital manager acts to serve the client in all digital management matters - this includes working with the director to develop budget, media, content and timelines that formulate into creating a successful, well thought out plan for key accounts. Continuous effective and timely communication is a vital trait.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>This hybrid role is based in Kuala Lumpur and supports LOKi’s regional clients.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Function as the account lead and project manager to key accounts.</li>
<li>Understand clients' brief and liaise with the creative team to research and formulate creative solutions. Collate contents/asset/brief to lead into execution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Present communication strategies and reports to clients, conduct WIP sessions with clients.</li>
<li>Internal Preparation, Deliverables and Coordination for ongoing projects</li>
<li>Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly FB, IG, and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you</li>
<li>Work closely with content and creative to produce out of the box work that meets the client’s key account goals.</li>
<li>Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly</li>
<li>Provide status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated</li>
<li>Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised</li>
<li>Performing and managing media buys and ad buys. Analyse digital campaigns success and report on campaigns performance.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing revenue goals for key accounts.</li>
</ul>
