Job Description

• Support the Trade Marketing Manager in daily operations, reporting, and campaign coordination.
• Act as the link between key accounts, vendors, and suppliers to deliver outstanding POSM placement and activation.
• Oversee promotional campaigns, gift-with-purchase programs, and merchandising activities to ensure timely and flawless execution.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, POSM stock, allocation, and distribution across channels.
• Conduct regular trade checks to maintain brand visibility and compliance with marketing guidelines.
• Prepare post-campaign evaluations to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide administrative and reporting support, including trade calendars, trackers, and consolidations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align trade execution with business objectives.

Job Requirements

•  Holds a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Has 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG trade marketing, key account support, or brand activation (fresh grads with relevant internships are welcome)
• Is proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Loves FMCG, retail activation, and making brands shine in-store
