<li>Ensure existing outlets are consistently serviced and well covered</li>
<li>Monitor and improve product availability in all assigned outlets Customer Relationship Management</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally</li>
<li>Negotiate product listings, promotions, and display opportunities Merchandising &amp; Execution</li>
<li>Ensure correct product placement, pricing, and visibility in-store</li>
<li>Work closely with promoters or merchandisers to ensure planogram compliance</li>
<li>Support in-store activities, roadshows, and retailer events when requires Reporting &amp; Administration</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally</li>
