As an Event Management Intern, you will support our team in planning and executing a wide range of events. <ins>Your responsibilities will include:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assisting in event planning, coordination, and logistics</li>
<li>Supporting on-ground event setup, registration, and operations</li>
<li>Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and talents</li>
<li>Assisting in preparing proposals, reports, and presentation materials</li>
<li>Participating in brainstorming sessions for event ideas and concepts</li>
<li>Managing inventory of event materials and props</li>
<li>Attending internal and external meetings, taking minutes when required</li>
<li>Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the project manager &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
