As an Event Management Intern, you will support our team in planning and executing a wide range of events.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in event planning, coordination, and logistics
• Supporting on-ground event setup, registration, and operations
• Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and talents
• Assisting in preparing proposals, reports, and presentation materials
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for event ideas and concepts
• Managing inventory of event materials and props
• Attending internal and external meetings, taking minutes when required
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the project manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field
• Passionate about events and hands-on work
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills are a bonus
• Willing to work on weekends/event days
• Own transport is an added advantage
