We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier / Customer Service Representative to process customer transactions, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive, welcoming shopping experience for everyone who visits our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with finding products.
• Transactions: Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Checkout: Scan, bag, and organize items efficiently while maintaining a steady checkout flow.
• Issue Resolution: Handle returns, exchanges, and basic customer complaints gracefully, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with bags and receipt paper.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum requirement of a Diploma certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling money accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS software and cash registers is a plus.
