- Assist the leasing team with day-to-day operations and administrative support. 
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all leasing documents.
2. Record Keeping &amp; Filing
- Prepare and update leasing documents, agreements, and related reports. 
- Maintain proper filing systems for lease documents and related records.
3. Communication &amp; Customer Service
- Assist with office duties such as answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Support tenant coordination, including site visits , handling enquiries and scheduling viewings. 
4. Leasing Strategy &amp; Data Analysis
- Support the leasing team in gathering and analysing market data. 
- Help in preparing marketing materials and presentations for leasing purposes.
