- Assist with onboarding of agents, including preparing documents and backend coordination
- Data mining and organising information for internal use
- Handle paperwork and documentation with accuracy
- Call clients to obtain or confirm required information
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Job Requirements

- Strong communication skills
- Basic fluency in English and Chinese or Malay
- Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
