<p>Malaysia Airports manages and operates 39 airports in Malaysia and one international airport in Istanbul, Turkey. The 39 airports in Malaysia comprise of 5 international, 16 domestic and 18 Short Take-Off and Landing Ports (STOL Ports). Malaysia Airports is the company that helps connect the country – bringing together remote, rural communities with the vibrant cities and providing the country’s premier gateway to the world beyond.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Malaysia Airports was corporatised in 1992 and listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange (Bursa Malaysia) seven years later, becoming the first Asian airport operator to go public and only the sixth in the world to do so. It now employs some 11,000 people in Malaysia and around the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our core business is the management, operation, maintenance and development of airports. The company draws its revenue from aeronautical operations – aircraft landing and parking fees, passenger service charges and other airline charges – and commercial activities from airport-related services such as duty free shops and other retail outlets, hotel operations, commercial leasing and car park management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Over the past decades, Malaysia Airports has developed a business model that focuses not only on the airports portfolio, but also on optimising the commercial opportunities presented by the travel and aviation industry. 19 (CAD 14 and CAD 19).</li> <li>Lead planner for various risk identification activities – physical inspections and surveys, development of risk registers and risk assessment.</li> <li>Manage, and maintain the risk management information system, i.e MArs – responsible to liaise with the system providers on upgrades and customization.</li> </ul> <p>Functional&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>To act as the point of contact for the external authorities such as MOT, AAIB and CAAM on regulatory matters.</li> <li>To consult and advice the Airport managers/Head of Operations in their respective roles, ensuring that all aspects of aerodrome operations are managed and maintained in full compliance with all regulatory requirements. i.e. Civil Aviation Directive (CAD) and Civil Aviation Guidance Material (CAGM).</li> <li>Making recommendations for management review and tracking the status of rectification actions.</li> <li>Foster and provide strategic actions aimed at achieving efficient and effective implementation of the CAAM 4. 4.Directives and ICAO SARPs with particular emphasis on Aerodromes and Ground Aids (AGA) and Safety Management System (SMS).</li> <li>Ensures safety occurrence data is accurately captured, incidents investigated, and root cause analysis carried out with investigation reports to include recommendations for mitigation measures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide technical assistance and support for the aerodrome's readiness for the new type of aicraft. i.e. Airbus A321 NEO, Boeing 738 MAX&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage operational improvements involving aerodrome ground aids, SMS and daily reporting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the development and quarterly review of Corporate Risk Profile, Departmental Risk Registers and Airport Risk Registers.</li> <li>Manage the risk management documentations i.e. policies &amp;
