<p>Nateskin is seeking a capable and hands-on Accounts &amp; Finance professional to oversee and execute all financial and accounting functions across the company.</p>
<p>You’ll be directly responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, taxation, and payroll.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment, balancing both day-to-day accounting operations and strategic financial oversight.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure strong financial discipline, provide data-driven insights, and support Nateskin’s growth with sound financial management.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<h3>​​<strong>Accounting Operations (Full Set of Accounts)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle the full accounting cycle: journal entries, accruals, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.</li>
<li>Prepare, review, and analyse monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.</li>
<li>Manage payment processes including vendor bills, staff reimbursements, customer invoicing, and receipts.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) aging schedules.</li>
<li>Administer monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Budgeting, Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create and monitor annual budgets, ensuring actuals stay within approved variances.</li>
<li>Track and manage daily cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with banks to manage financing facilities (LCs, credit lines) and maintain strong banking relationships.</li>
<li>Conduct cash flow forecasting and provide recommendations to improve capital efficiency and financial control.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Taxation, Audit, &amp; Regulatory Compliance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, MFRS/IFRS standards, and other statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate tax computations, filings, and submissions on schedule.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government bodies during audits and inspections.</li>
<li>Maintain all required financial documentation and support schedules to meet audit and regulatory standards.</li>
</ul>
