This role entails providing assistance to clients through email, phone, and live chat; therefore, excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to resolving customer inquiries.<br></p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
