This role entails providing assistance to clients through email, phone, and live chat; therefore, excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to resolving customer inquiries. <br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Manage incoming phone calls, emails and live chat.</li>
<li>Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction</li>
<li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</li>
<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li>
