If this sounds like you, and the career below sounds exciting, we’d like to hear from youPosition Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides Tier 1 HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organizations procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.</li><li>Practice strict security compliance in handling sensitive employee information.</li><li>Process data entry with attention to quality and quantity.</li><li>Accountable for processing all of HR operations workload.</li><li>Consistently attain the service level set by the company.</li><li>Maintains consistency and accuracy in updating Knowledge base, HRIS and other HRSS systems.</li><li>Ensures that all transactions are documented and processed within the agreed timeframe.</li><li>Update’s procedures documents, process maps and works instructions regularly and comply with the document storage rules of the company.</li><li>Develop mastery and expertise of the processes to be able to suggest improvements which leads to higher efficiency.</li><li>Maintain a filing system to meet local and audit requirements.</li><li>Perform quarterly audit on the data integrity on Workday.</li><li>Work in collaboration with HRBPs to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all employees’ requests in a professional manner.
