<li>Leave &amp; Attendance: Track attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance. </li>
<li>Exit Management: Manage offboarding, final settlements, and exit interviews. </li>
<li>Workforce Planning: Support succession planning and organizational development. </li>
<li>Employee Engagement: Plan wellness, team-building, and recognition initiatives. </li>
<li>HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and report insights to management. </li>
<li>Internal Communication: Promote transparent communication and feedback. </li>
<li>Health &amp; Safety: Support compliance with safety standards and wellness programs. </li>
