Job Description

 Job Description:  

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure alignment with company goals. 
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires. 
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws. 
  • Payroll & Benefits: Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory submissions. 
  • Performance Management: Oversee KPI setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans. 
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs. 
  • Employee Relations: Mediate disputes, resolve grievances, and maintain workplace harmony. 
  • Legal & Industrial Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare for audits. 
  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate HR data and generate management reports. 
  • Leave & Attendance: Track attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance. 
  • Exit Management: Manage offboarding, final settlements, and exit interviews. 
  • Workforce Planning: Support succession planning and organizational development. 
  • Employee Engagement: Plan wellness, team-building, and recognition initiatives. 
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and report insights to management. 
  • Internal Communication: Promote transparent communication and feedback. 
  • Health & Safety: Support compliance with safety standards and wellness programs. 
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Encourage equitable and inclusive workplace practices. 
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners and service providers. 
  • HR Budgeting: Assist in budgeting and monitor HR cost optimization. 
  • Accreditation Support: Provide HR data for audits and institutional reviews. 

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 02 years of HR experience in a corporate or educational setting. 
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. 
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese; English proficiency is an advantage.
