• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to job offer and onboarding.
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
   
• Actively source and head-hunt high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
   
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
   
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
   
• Manage and enhance the company’s employer branding and online presence.
   
• Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
   
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
   
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
   
• Proven experience in head-hunting and sourcing across multiple channels.
   
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
   
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
   
• Strategic mindset with a passion for connecting with people and building great teams.
