This position is responsible for driving revenue growth across all F&amp;B outlets in the hotel, strengthening guest loyalty through Marriott Bonvoy, and ensuring seamless reservations via a dedicated F&amp;B hotline. This role combines strategic sales planning with guest‑centric service excellence. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Sales Strategy Development Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.</li> <li>Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key accounts.</li> <li>Promotion &amp; Campaign Execution Design and launch innovative F&amp;B promotions (seasonal, festive, themed).</li> <li>Marriott Bonvoy Enrollment Drive guest loyalty by actively promoting and enrolling diners into Marriott Bonvoy during F&amp;B interactions.</li> <li>Dedicated F&amp;B Reservations Hotline Oversee and optimize the reservations hotline to ensure efficient, personalized booking experiences.</li> <li>Market Analysis Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends to position outlets competitively.</li> <li>Reporting &amp; Forecasting Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.</li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in F&amp;B sales or hospitality sales management, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.</li> <li>Skills: <ul> <li>Strong negotiation and presentation skills</li> <li>Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM tools, sales systems, and Microsoft Office</li> </ul></li> <li>Attributes: <ul> <li>Guest‑centric mindset with a passion for hospitality</li> <li>Strategic thinker with market awareness</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li> <li>Collaborative leadership style</li> </ul></li> </ul>
