This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.Assistant Vice President, Insurance Operations - Multinational (General Insurance)We will count on you to:<ul><li>Set up all new clients on Multinational network portal (Marsh Global Connect)</li><li>Issue Network policy instructions via Marsh Global Connect</li><li>Work with Marsh network across countries to ensure that all compulsory documentation is provided, and all regulatory deadlines and clients’ KPIs are met</li><li>Liaise with Marsh network to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to Marsh Global Connect</li><li>Support on policy premium allocations and billings</li><li>Ensure Rules of the Road are followed in all dealings with Marsh network</li><li>Foster and maintain good working relationships with the international Marsh network and insurers</li><li>Assist the client team in their day-to-day queries that relate to Multinational risks</li><li>Ad hoc support for client teams on Multinational projects such as local policy audits</li><li>Collaborate with client executives to improve overall client experience and to provide excellent client service</li><li>Continuously identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies as well as participate, monitor and/or oversee the initiatives</li></ul>What you need to have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experiences within insurance industry.</li><li>Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
