The Restaurant Captain is responsible for overseeing daily dining operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer experience. This role acts as the bridge between the service team and management, guiding staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

• Handle Customer Feedback: Address customer concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
