Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title and Summary<h3 aria-hidden="true"></h3>Executive Assistant<h3 aria-hidden="true"></h3>This position is responsible for: Weekly and Monthly Reports • Extract data from MyMPA to draft and include details in customised reports as required by Market Dev and Accounts team regularly • Regular use of Analytic Portal (ER) to compile reports based on specific requirements and required formats • Prepare the monthly Contactless report from Analytic Portal with segmentation by merchant categories, merchants etc. • Convert the ER reports to Excel and run a statistic reports on debit &amp; credit and share the same with team • Develop and prepare the MDES transactions data for the country Mkt Dev tracking • Regular CUBE reports for the team to track declines and approvals Oracle Finance (Claims)/ViVo/Ariba: • Claim Oracle submissions for half the team • Cross checker for the claims submitted for the rest of the team prepared by other team members • All hard copies filed and documented for audit • Control of the Meal Logs for half the entire team • Maintain a separate log (each) for every team on the expenses • All Vivo requests and follow ups post gathering all details • Registration of new vendors and suppliers for procurement Merchant Agreements/NDA/License Agreements: • Coordinating Agreements for signing to Client’s office and internal approvals and follow up on the same • Processing of related payments for internal approvals Hospitality Log • Maintain a comprehensive hospitality log for Malaysia Office All About You • Digitally savvy with strong communication and presentation skills • Good understanding of Mastercard reporting platforms, compliance and data base management systems • Amiable, collaborative and ability to work in a team on tight deadlines • Eager to learn and ability to pick up new knowledge and skills easily • Creative, flexible and operating in a solution mode on every project • Skilled at reporting and gathering insights from granular data in order to influence decision making<h3 aria-hidden="true"></h3><h3 aria-hidden="true"></h3>Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:<ul><li>Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;</li><li>Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and</li><li>Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.</li></ul>
