Our Core Values

We are seeking a highly experienced, flexible, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO of a fast-paced, dynamic nightlife business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, non-traditional work environment with irregular hours, travel demands, and the ability to manage both executive and operational tasks with efficiency. The PA will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule, organizing international travel, liaising with key stakeholders (including overseas partners and clients), and ensuring the smooth operation of all high-priority activities.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
<ul>
<li>Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.</li>
<li>Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain a comprehensive filing system and manage confidential information with discretion.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Liaison:
<ul>
<li>Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Draft, proofread, and send out communications on behalf of the CEO.</li>
<li>Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, and providing follow-up on action items.</li>
</ul>
Travel Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.</li>
<li>Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly, including preparation for meetings and conferences.</li>
</ul>
Event Planning:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate corporate events, board meetings, conferences, and team activities.</li>
<li>Prepare event agendas, handle logistics, and ensure all materials are in place.</li>
</ul>
Time Management:
<ul>
<li>Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and events.</li>
</ul>
Confidentiality and Trust:
<ul>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information, and interact professionally with clients, staff, and partners.</li>
</ul>
Project Assistance:
<ul>
<li>Assist with research and preparation for special projects or presentations.</li>
<li>Support the CEO with ad hoc tasks or operational needs as they arise.</li>
</ul>
