Strategic Business Plans &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develops long-term business sales strategy and business planning based on market potential and convergence selling. &nbsp;</li><li>Build, lead &amp; coach partners to execute business plans aligned with Maxis business direction effectively.</li><li>Opportunity identification: Lead &amp; coach partners in identifying new opportunities and facilitates partners with necessary support leverage on Maxis Partners Trade Program.</li><li>Partner skills development (identify gaps NOT training delivery)</li><li>New partner recruitment.</li></ul>3. Partners Management<ul><li>Consistently re-energize partner’s knowledge about Maxis Consumer products and convergence selling skills with relevant training modules to ensure partners meet all criteria according to Maxis Exclusive Partners requirements.</li><li>To conduct weekly sales planning discussion with Head of Sales&nbsp;to review each partner’s productivity and identify sales recovery plans.</li><li>To conduct regular sales planning discussions with partners&nbsp;to develop business plans, review sales productivity and execute sales recovery plans with tactical sales activities or roadshows at strategic locations.</li><li>Pro-actively conduct joint sales visits and support partners during ground attacks, to maximize every acquisition opportunity, identify gaps in our offering and feedback to respective stakeholders.</li><li>Support partners to penetrate Enterprise segments potential with objective to expand our based, boast customers’ experience and loyalty with Maxis in long run.</li><li>Strengthen business relationship between partners &amp; customers (potential &amp; existing) to grow revenue &amp; reduce churn.</li><li>Collects market intelligence, industry trend and customers feedback to propose for strategic solutions improvement to Head of Sales on regular basis.</li></ul>4. Operational Support<ul><li>Evaluate and analyze problem statements by internal and external stakeholders before escalating to relevant parties for further actions.</li><li>Constantly follow through on the agreed business plan throughout the year between partners with Head of Sales and other consumer business stakeholders.</li><li>Schedule meeting and business review between partner and Maxis management team.</li><li>Partner training and development: Identify gaps in capability, ensure partners are meeting certification requirements.</li><li>Incentive, rewards and recognitions: Ensure understanding of MEP incentive scheme and drive partner’s commitment to maximize their monthly earning, escalated issues ( if there’s any ) to Incentive stakeholders.</li><li>Product information clarification and requests by partners and their sales staff.</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role? Formal Education : <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Business Administration, Marketing.</li></ul>Work Experience :<ul><li>5-7 Years of work experience and 2-4 Years of relevant experience in similar industry.</li></ul>Skills / Knowledge :<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Good written, oral and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills.</li><li>To have an acute sense of business savvy and able to motivate, manage &amp; develop strong partners (business dealers).</li><li>Result oriented with the drive to exceed sales target.</li><li>Good interpersonal &amp; presentation skills with strong client orientation.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, a candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems.</li><li>Confident and professional in representing the company in person and writing.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
