Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

To attend Dockets, PM & BIS, to attend to the sales & MBS customer complaints on network issue and performance. Especially Corporate Customers & VVIP Customers, to maintain and improve CI docket closure in Central; Target MTTR docket <4hrs - 90%, to focus and reduce on repetitive dockets cases in Central. Average 2 cases per week. to work with security department and site owner (land owner) to reduce theft cases in Central. to attend & maintain  Fiber / Copper infrastructure, Inventory Management - Spares and Test Equipment management and Liaising with Local Council & Authority for any emergency permitting work.

What are you accountable for?

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI’s which directly impacts the network’s reliability
• Support & Attend to Fault resolution for Fixed Services (Voice, Data & Lease Lines), Transmission & Network facilities.
• Support & Attend for Preventive / Corrective Maintenance for Fix Network Elements
• Support any activity on Adhoc basis on Network Access Elements
• Second Level support for ADSL and POTS services on installation / fault clearance
• Spare Management – ensure timely receive and return in system
• Support Vehicle Management – Responsible on millage records, servicing records and other matter related to vehicle
• Support Tools/Test Gear Management – Responsible handling and calibration matter
• Support Field Support Services and O&M Vendors & Suppliers Management.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Candidates need to possess  Certificate or Diploma on Electrical, Electronics, or Communications.
•  Years 4 to 6 of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Possess computer skills, communication skills, driving and IP Networking system.
• Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
