Especially Corporate Customers &amp; VVIP Customers, to maintain and improve CI docket closure in Central; Target MTTR&nbsp;docket &lt;4hrs&nbsp;- 90%, to focus and reduce on repetitive dockets cases in Central. Average 2 cases per week. to work with&nbsp;security department&nbsp;and site owner (land owner)&nbsp;to reduce theft cases in Central. to attend &amp; maintain&nbsp;&nbsp;Fiber / Copper infrastructure, Inventory Management - Spares and Test Equipment management and&nbsp;Liaising with Local Council &amp; Authority for any emergency permitting work.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI’s which directly impacts the network’s reliability</li><li>Support &amp; Attend to Fault resolution for Fixed Services (Voice, Data &amp; Lease Lines), Transmission &amp; Network facilities.</li><li>Support &amp; Attend for Preventive / Corrective Maintenance for Fix Network Elements</li><li>Support any activity on Adhoc basis on Network Access Elements</li><li>Second Level support for ADSL and POTS services on installation / fault clearance</li><li>Spare Management – ensure timely receive and return in system</li><li>Support Vehicle Management – Responsible on millage records, servicing records and other matter related to vehicle</li><li>Support Tools/Test Gear Management – Responsible handling and calibration matter</li><li>Support Field Support Services and O&amp;M Vendors &amp; Suppliers Management.</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Candidates need to possess&nbsp; Certificate or Diploma on Electrical, Electronics, or Communications.</li><li>&nbsp;Years&nbsp;4 to 6&nbsp;of relevant experience in similar capacity.</li><li>Possess computer skills, communication skills, driving and IP Networking system.</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
