<li>Lead and participate in assigned project management tasks. Serve as an in-house subject matter expert to analyze and provide recommendations based on business vs. IT requirements and strategic direction.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with relevant parties to design, implement, and configure scalable infrastructure and network systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design secure infrastructure architecture, and plan for security and capacity. Lead efforts to replace, upgrade, and introduce innovative technology solutions that effectively meet IT, security, and business requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams to support IT operations. Manage infrastructure change requests effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, monitor, and resolve technical support requests related to networks, infrastructure, middleware, servers, and end-user systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct regular health checks on IT network and infrastructure equipment and systems, including O365, servers, VMware, SAN storage, email, firewalls, WA, switches, and routers. Perform IT asset and user account management. Monitor and ensure successful execution of scheduled jobs and replication/backup processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proactively track logs and alert alarms across servers and networks to identify potential issues early and minimize disruptions to systems and network operations.</li>
<li>Set up and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments for application systems. Identify and assess IT risks, threats, and vulnerabilities across infrastructure and networks. Ensure timely upgrades of end-of-life systems, firmware updates, and security patches to maintain system integrity. Execute scheduled vulnerability scans and implement remediation measures to efficiently address and close identified gaps.</li>
<li>Facilitate and engage in internal and/or external audits. Support remediation efforts based on agreed recommendations and associated risks in line with Global Information Security Group requirements, industry best practices, and corporate governance standards.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation and reports. Periodically review IT standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, policies, and controls to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend improvements wherever necessary to strengthen overall information security controls.</li>
