<ul>
<li>Deliver, set up, install, configure, test, and commission hardware network devices (Server, Switch, Router, Gateway, Phones, etc) and the software.</li>
<li>Planning, coordinating, and liaising with clients/vendors for the related network infrastructure readiness.</li>
<li>Provide level 1 and level 2 support such as troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network-related problems.</li>
<li>Involve in preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols (e.g. low level design, diagram, work plan, etc).</li>
<li>Provide user training to the clients, resellers, etc when necessary.</li>
<li>Produce reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further network performance enhancement.</li>
<li>To assist in any pre-sales activities such as site survey and POC which may require going outstation or travel inboud and outboard.</li>
<li>Any ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
