This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for digital and AI solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.</li><li>Translate business needs and market trends into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled products with strong customer impact.</li><li>Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, customer satisfaction, ROI).</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to shape product development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., SLT, IT, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth product rollout.</li><li>Champion a customer-centric and data-driven culture within the product team.</li></ul>What do you require for the role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 6–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in digital or AI/ML product development.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) or digital platforms.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering successful digital/AI products in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and user experience design.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking and innovation</li><li>Strong execution and delivery mindset</li><li>Customer-focused decision-making</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration and leadership</li><li>Business acumen with digital/AI domain expertise</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
