Support partners building capability for cross sell and upsell activities to increase solutions sales</div><div><div><div><div>What are you accountable for?<ul><li>Grow, manage &amp; motivate partners to maximize their sales effectiveness &amp; achieve sales targets via regular business planning updates with the business owners &amp; their key sales agents.</li><li>Build, lead &amp; coach partners to execute business plans aligned with Maxis business direction effectively</li><li>Opportunity identification: lead &amp; coach partners in identifying new opportunities and facilitates partners with necessary support with Maxis Partners Program</li><li>New partner recruitment</li><li>Consistently re-energize dealer’s knowledge about Maxis Enterprise products and solutions selling skills and solution business with training modules to ensure partners meet certification criteria according to Maxis Partners Program</li><li>Collects market intelligence, industry trend and customers feedback to propose for strategic solutions improvement to Head of Sales on regular basis</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization, preferably in business, IT, marketing or related disciplines</li><li>3 to 5 years in corporate sales (B2B) and/or channel sales management preferably from telecommunications or other related industries</li><li>Candidate need to have an acute sense of business savvy and able to motivate, manage &amp; develop strong partners (business dealers)</li><li>Result oriented with the drive to exceed sales target</li><li>Good interpersonal &amp; presentation skills with strong client orientation</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and work independently with minimum supervision</li><li>Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, a candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems</li><li>Confident and professional in representing the company in person and writing</li></ul></div></div></div></div>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
