In addition, you play a crucial role in ensuring 3PL business partners are aligned to company’s target &amp; deliverables.Job Accountabilities : ​<ul><li>To enable and implement overall warehouse &amp; logistics operations strategies for 3PL business.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)&nbsp; and ensure adherence of service level agreements (SLA) governance between company and logistics partners.</li><li>Monitoring of inventory availability, stock replenishment to ensure efficient &nbsp;device &amp; accessories stock fulfillment across all channels - timely and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Coordinate with device vendors, logistics partners, channels and customers to ensure seamless operations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to achieve business objectives</li><li>Identify gaps across the value chain, actively find solutions for process improvements and implement solutions effectively</li><li>Support internal audit and assurance of logistics operations in terms of warehouse operation processes, operation workflow, governance, reporting and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and maintain necessary management reports on inventory levels, shipping delays, operational issues</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent</li><li>Relevant Work Experience : 3 to 5 years in Supply Chain Management / Distribution business</li><li>Experience with supply chain management software. Proficient in SAP or its equivalent.</li><li>Tech savvy and computer literate.
